Dividend history of the JSC “The Vedeneev VNIIG”

In 2008 there was approved a dividend policy of the Company, which provides a complex of actions on determination of quantitative parameters of the Company’s net profit distribution between the payment of dividends to shareholders and leaving the net profit at the Company’s disposal, as well as a system of relations and principals to determine the procedure and terms of dividend payment.

As for the results of 2012:
624,8743903336 rubles per one ordinary share of the Company.

As for the results of 2010:
98,968162545 rubles per one ordinary share of the Company.

As for the results of 2008:
11 204 thousand rubles for the year total, including 11 204 thousand rubles per ordinary shares.

As for the results of 2007:
138,883 rubles per one ordinary share of the Company.

As for the results of 1998:
2.2 rubles per one ordinary share of the Company.

As for the results of 1997:
1.1 rubles per one ordinary share.
